Questo tipo di medicazione combina la tecnologia dell’argento nanocristallino (nanocrystalline silver, NCS) con uno strato flessibile a bassa aderenza che si conforma ai contorni del corpo, svolgendo una sostenuta azione antimicrobica fino a 7 giorni.^*1-5

Efficacia accertata

Un’ampia superficie della struttura dell’NCS provvede a un rilascio costante di argento nell’essudato, contribuendo a promuovere e a trattenere l’umidità dell’ambiente, se utilizzata con una medicazione secondaria appropriata. La medicazione ha dimostrato di rilasciare in concentrazioni significative una quantità di argento sufficiente a garantire l’attività battericida.^**2-9
