Implementing a formal protocol for prophylactic use of the PICO Single Use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System (sNPWT) has been shown to significantly reduce the odds of developing a SSI by 64%*11 and reduce the incidence of dehiscence,12,13 while reducing costs.9,14
